Q1. What happens to warranty if the mattress compresses and forms impressions?

It is normal if the impression is 2 inches or less. The fibers and foam compress and conform to your body, creating normal body impressions on a mattress. If impressions are 4 inches or more you can ask the dealer for making suitable arrangements to get it fixed.

Q2. Does mattress Warranty cover sagging?

Gradual sagging over a period of time is not covered by the mattress Warranty as it is a result of normal wear and tear. However, if your mattress is sagging too much right after buying, it may be considered a manufacturing fault.

Q3. Do mattress warranties cover bed bugs?

Most brands do not cover bed bugs within their Warranty service as it is not considered as a manufacturing problem.

Q4. Are stitches covered by mattress Warranty?

If the defect in the stitch is a factory error and is within the Warranty period, the company is obliged to cover it as Warranty service. However, if the stitch is damaged by the buyer at the time of opening the seal of the mattress, it shall not be considered as a manufacturing problem.

Q5. What does a 10-year mattress Warranty cover?

A 10-year mattress Warranty guarantees the buyer a replacement or repair of a faulty mattress within 10-years of its purchase. It shall cover manufacturing defects like poor craftsmanship, wear and tear at the time of delivery, and other aspects specified by the seller.

Q6. How to claim a mattress Warranty?

To claim a Warranty, make sure your mattress is within its Warranty period and the defect is a factory error. You may contact the company from where you bought your mattress and ask them for a replacement or repairing.

Q7. How does a mattress Warranty work?

A Warranty assures the buyers of a free replacement or repair over a certain period if the mattress is found to have any manufacturing defect. To claim a Warranty, the buyer has to contact the seller and ask for a replacement or repair.

Q8. I believe my mattress is defective. I realized it within 120 days sleep trial. Do I need to file a Warranty Claim?

You can return the mattress and get full refund, if you are not satisfied within 120 days sleep trial. You can also exchange the mattress for a suitable one. In that case you may not claim Warranty. However, as it is within the Warranty period, you can exercise that option also.

Q9. My Warranty claim is just approved, what’s next?

After your claim gets approved, the company shall replace your faulty mattress with a new one, or get it away for repair.

Q10. I purchased an extended Warranty. How do I file a Claim?

To file a Warranty claim, reach out to the manufacturer or retailer from whom you bought your mattress from.
