Sweat, urine, and oils are the main cause of yellow stains on your mattress.

Launder your mattress cover in the washing machine in cold or warm water, in a gentle or delicate setting.

Q3. Can I spray alcohol on my bed to disinfect?

No, you should never use alcohol to disinfect your mattress. Isopropyl alcohol is extremely flammable. Though it dries quickly, spraying it on mattresses can create a fire hazard.

Q4. How to disinfect a mattress?

Use the steam cleaner, baking soda, or antibacterial spray on the entire mattress to sanitize your sleep surface fully. Allow the mattress to dry completely before making the bed.

Q5. Can I use a heated blanket on my mattress?

It is totally safe to use a heated blanket on your mattress as long as you are using it in the right way. Make sure you turn it off before going to sleep if your blanket doesn’t have a timer. Don’t lie on top of your heated blanket. Don’t tuck your heated blanket under your mattress.

Q6. How do I clean a spill on my mattress?

If you accidentally spilled water on your mattress, dry it ASAP using a towel and dryer. If it is something else, you can spray it with dry cleaning fluid.

There are numerous reasons why your mattress might be sagging. One most common reason is its normal wear and tear but this happens when your mattress is used for a long period. The pressure caused by your body weight can cause sag in the areas you sleep the most. If your mattress is placed on an uneven surface/base that can also cause sagging of your mattress.

Moisture can gather at the bottom of your mattress due to high humidity. This may result in body impression, when moisture blends with your body weight.

Q9. How do I care for my bed frame?

Use a Vacuum Cleaner to remove any dust or dirt. Remove any stain or spill as soon as possible with water-free dry-cleaning solvent. Clean your bed frame weekly when you wash and change your sheets.

Q10. How do I care for the comforter?

Follow these tips:

  • The comforter covers should be washed weekly-monthly if you use a top sheet-but you won’t have to wash the comforter itself unless you spill something on it
  • Always read the label instruction before laundering your comforter
  • Dry your comforter properly to avoid any mold & mildew
  • Store your comforter in a cool and dry place
  • Use linen or canvas storage bag, it will allow it to breathe
  • Fluff your comforter in the dryer
  • Hang your comforter on a clothesline on a dry, breezy day every few months
